The General Election on November 5th will be here before we know it! Here are a few reminders:
1. If you would like to vote Absentee Ballot via Mail, go to MyVote and click on the “Vote Absente by Mail” button. This will walk you through the process, but you can always call me with any questions! Absentee ballots will be sent out on September 18th. Although it is not required, it makes my life so much easier if you have your application submitted on MyVote prior to this date! 2. If you need to register to vote or want to make sure your voter information is up-to-date, visit MyVote before October 16th to ensure your updated information is used as your clerk prepares for the election. This site is SO HELPFUL and will guide you through everything you need to know for the upcoming election! You can also preview the items that will be on your specific ballot so that you can prepare yourself and have a smooth experience on election day!
3. If you decide to vote Absentee Ballot IN PERSON, your window to do so is October 22 – November 3 BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. You will need to contact me to set up a time that works to meet at the town hall. Your ballot will be sealed in an absentee envelope until election day and election inspectors will cast your ballot for you.
Election day is November 5th! Polls are always open from 7AM until 8PM. We hope to see you then!
